Description

Ignite your garden with 'Coral Majesty'! This breathtaking, worry-free wonder delivers massive summer impact in a perfectly compact, globe-shaped size. Enjoy a non-stop show of glowing coral-pink blooms striking a gorgeous contrast against dark olive foliage. Built for ultimate peace of mind, this ultra-resilient perennial is cold-hardy, deer and disease-resistant for effortless beauty that returns year after year!

Plant Care

Water

Soil should be consistently moist, but never soggy. Newly Planted (first 6 weeks): Water every 2 to 4 days. Check the soil frequently to ensure the original root ball does not dry out completely. Established Plants (After 1 Season): Water once or twice a week during extended dry spells.

Fertilizer

This plant doesn’t need very much fertilizer. Simply apply one annual application of a balanced slow-release fertilizer in the spring, paired with a simple top-dressing of organic compost.

Pruning

Cut the old, dead stems back to 6 to 8 inches above the ground in early spring just as new green shoots begin to emerge. Unlike woody shrubs, hardy perennial hibiscus dies completely back to the root system each winter, meaning the old stalks will not regrow.

Seasons of Interest

This gorgeous plant builds anticipation in the spring, debuting its spectacular, deep dark foliage when the weather warms up.

This stunning hibiscus brightens your garden with non-stop blooms from mid to late summer, followed by gorgeous lime-green sepals that keep the visual show going long after the flowers fade.

This hardy beauty naturally tucks in for the winter, leaving behind striking stems and dried sepals that add beautiful texture and structural interest to your landscape.
